  • I just placed my order, when will I receive it?
    Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at bdotcandles@gmail.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.
  • Oh no! My address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?
    If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at bdotcandles@gmail.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!
  • What is your processing time on orders?
    **Please check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping announcements** After you have placed your order, there is a 24 - 48 hour processing time. I do my best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! January – May & September – December: I ship out Monday - Friday. June – August: I ship out Monday - Wednesday due to the high temperatures. I aim for your candles to be delivered that weekend and avoid sitting in a warehouse.
  • What is your wax blend made of?
    We use coconut apricot crème wax.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, I do not ship internationally. We are hoping to provide our products internationally in 2024. Be sure to subscribe to our monthly newsletter for updates.
